Job description
As an ADT Dumper Driver / Plant Operator, you will be responsible for operating an Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) safely and efficiently across a large landfill and waste management site.
This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with previous experience operating heavy plant machinery within landfill, quarry, recycling, waste management, or construction environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating an Articulated Dump Truck (ADT) safely on-site
- Moving and transporting waste and site materials
- Supporting daily landfill and waste management operations
- Carrying out daily plant checks and defect reporting
- Following all health & safety and environmental regulations
- Working alongside site supervisors and plant teams
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
- Minimum £18.00 per hour.

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:00 start time
- Full-time hours with overtime opportunities available
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS or NPORS ADT / Dumper Ticket
- Previous experience operating an Articulated Dump Truck
- Experience working on landfill, waste management, quarry, or construction sites preferred
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a site operations team
