Refuse Loader – Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders to join a busy and reliable waste collection team. This is a physically active role working outdoors, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team.
Pay Rates:
- £12.71 per hour (standard)
- £14.24 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
- Saturday: £19.06 per hour
- Sunday: £25.42 per hour
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am start – typically finishing around 3:00pm
- Minimum 9 hours paid per weekday shift
- Weekend work available (paid for actual hours worked – no minimum guaranteed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting household and commercial waste
- Loading refuse onto collection vehicles
- Working as part of a team to complete daily routes efficiently
- Adhering to health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work early mornings
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
