Job description
As a Transport Administrator / Logistics Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the transport office operations, ensuring all driver debriefs, compliance checks, and reporting tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced admin role within a transport environment, ideal for someone with strong organisation, communication, and Excel skills looking to grow within logistics and transport planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed driver and porter debriefs after daily routes
- Managing late route reports and super debrief processes
- Collecting and managing FleXipod devices
- Ensuring completion of vehicle checks and tachograph downloads
- Reporting vehicle defects and maintenance issues to supervisors
- Preparing and printing daily debrief sheets and route documents
- Maintaining loading feedback logs and route variance reports
- Monitoring driver performance, scanning logs, and compliance data
- Completing returned goods reports and coordinating redeliveries
- Managing CCTV checks for missing items and updating reports
- Producing and sending daily/weekly Excel reports to Head Office
- Handling general administration duties (emails, calls, filing)
- Supporting transport operations by monitoring routes and delays
Pay & Benefits:

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year admin experience (busy office environment)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office packages
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced transport office
- Previous transport or logistics admin experience (preferred but not essential)
