Class 1 Driver – Tramping Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a tramping role with a well established and reputable client.
Job Details:
- Start: Wednesday 12:00
- Finish: Sunday approx. 13:00
- Type: Tramping (staying out in Clean and Well Looked after vehicle)
- Truck stops over can be accommodated. Have to use if fully loaded.
Pay Rates:
- Wednesday to Friday: £160 per day + £25 overnight allowance LTD
- Saturday & Sunday: £180 per day + £25 overnight allowance LTD
The Role:
- Clean, straightforward work
- Majority of sites are bay deliveries/collections
- Minimal handball involved
- Occasional use of a pallet truck may be required
- Must have refrigerated knowledge or willing to learn.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous tramping experience preferred
- Good attitude and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Newly qualified can be an option.
