We are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers in Milton Keynes for a large and well-established waste management company, offering £19.84 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) with temp-to-perm opportunities and immediate starts available.

As an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver (Refuse Driver), you will be responsible for operating a dustcart vehicle on scheduled waste and recycling collection routes across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Working alongside a team of loaders, you will ensure collections are completed safely, efficiently, and on time, while maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a Class 2 dustcart / refuse vehicle
- Completing household and commercial waste collections
- Supervising and supporting a team of refuse loaders
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Ensuring compliance with road safety and waste regulations
- Assisting with loading duties where required
- Completing all relevant paperwork and route documentation
Pay & Benefits:

Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday
- 06:45 – 15:00
- Day shifts with early finishes
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 Licence (Category C)
- CPC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence)
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous dustcart / refuse driving experience preferred
- Good understanding of UK driving and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
