Job description
To communicate directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
To process incoming calls, emails, social media requests from members of the public in Sheffield regarding services provided by Veolia on behalf of Sheffield City council.
To carry out all aspects of reactive and proactive customer service work to enable Veolia to meet its contractual targets and call targets. Deal with incoming calls in a professional, timely and friendly way.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints at the first point of contact and to the satisfaction of the customer and the business
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle service inquiries.
Carry out callbacks to customers to update on progress of issue.

8:30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
