As an FLT Counterbalance Driver / Forklift Operator, you will be working within a busy warehouse and logistics environment, responsible for loading, unloading, and moving goods safely and efficiently. This role requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)
- Loading and unloading vehicles, pallets, and stock
- Moving goods safely within the warehouse or yard
- Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
- Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Pay & Benefits:

Shift Patterns Available:
- Monday to Friday | 06:00 – 15:00

Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR or equivalent)
- Previous experience as an FLT Driver / Forklift Operator
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Good teamwork and communication skills
