Job description
As an HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver, you will be completing long-distance deliveries and collections across the UK, operating modern, clean, well-maintained vehicles. This is a straightforward Class 1 driving role with minimal handball and organised routes, ideal for experienced drivers or newly qualified Class 1 drivers looking to gain experience.
Shift Pattern:

Start: Wednesday 12:00

Finish: Sunday approx. 13:00

Tramping role (overnight stays in vehicle)

Truck stops provided where required
Key responsibilities include:

Completing Class 1 (C+E) trunking and tramping deliveries

Carrying out bay deliveries and collections at distribution centres

Using a pallet truck when required (minimal handball)

Ensuring vehicle checks, tachograph compliance, and driver regulations are followed

Working with refrigerated trailers (training provided if needed)

Maintaining clear communication with the transport team
Pay & Benefits:

Wednesday to Friday: £160 per day + £25 night out allowance (LTD)

Saturday & Sunday: £180 per day + £25 night out allowance (LTD)

Requirements:

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
