We're looking for experienced Remote Calling & Data Collection Operatives to join our team on a 12-week temporary contract, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for high-performing candidates.
In this role, you'll carry out structured verification calls on behalf of our funding clients, helping to confirm the legitimacy and accuracy of business information before financial decisions are made. This is not a cold sales role – your conversations will focus on verifying factual business information using a structured process and a provided dialler system.
If you have at least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, call handling or data entry, are fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, and enjoy working independently from home, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound verification calls to UK and international businesses using our dialler system.
- Confirm business legitimacy, trading activity and the accuracy of company information.
- Verify details including company names, addresses, contact information and products or services supplied.
- Confirm whether businesses actively trade in specific products and accurately record responses.
- Update Microsoft Office documents and internal systems with verified information.
- Meet daily call and task completion targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Communicate with the operations team via WhatsApp to resolve queries, share updates and report any discrepancies.
- Submit completed verification work and reports at the end of each working day.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, professional call handling or data entry.
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Excellent telephone communication and active listening skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to record information accurately.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Reliable broadband connection and a suitable home office setup.
- Smartphone, laptop or tablet for day-to-day communication.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work occasional weekends when required.
